Plan Vive is a project promoted by the Community of Madrid based on the administrative concession of public plans to the private sector. The scope of the plan includes the construction of 25,000 rental flats over the next eight years.
The first stage of Plan Vive consists of the construction and subsequent development of 6,646 affordable rental housing units throughout the region of which a total of 5,406 homes have been awarded. Subsequently, the Community of Madrid has been drawing up new phases such as the Plan Vive II Single Lot recently awarded to CULMIA.
With an investment amount of 700 million euros, its goal is to facilitate access to housing for preferential groups, such as young people under 35 years of age, the over 65s, the disabled and women victims of gender violence.

One of the main benefits of the project has to do with the industrialised construction model developed by Avintia, which will enable delivery times to be reduced by up to 30%.
