Plan Vive. Affordable rental

What is Plan Vive?

Plan Vive is a project promoted by the Community of Madrid based on the administrative concession of public plans to the private sector. The scope of the plan includes the construction of 25,000 rental flats over the next eight years.

The first stage of Plan Vive consists of the construction and subsequent development of 6,646 affordable rental housing units throughout the region of which a total of 5,406 homes have been awarded. Subsequently, the Community of Madrid has been drawing up new phases such as the Plan Vive II Single Lot recently awarded to CULMIA.

With an investment amount of 700 million euros, its goal is to facilitate access to housing for preferential groups, such as young people under 35 years of age, the over 65s, the disabled and women victims of gender violence.

How are the Lots distributed?

The Plan Vive is made up of 4 lots:

First Lot: Comprising 11 plots on which 1,769 flats will be built. It has a land bank in Valdebebas that includes 420 planned units.
Second Lot: Includes land in Valdebebas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Tres Cantos, Torrejón de Ardoz, Móstoles and Alcorcón where 1,874 homes will be built on 12 plots.
Third Lot: Lands distributed between San Sebastián de los Reyes, Tres Cantos, Alcorcón, Alcalá de Henares and Getafe, where 1,763 homes will be built on 12 plots.
Fourth Lot: It has a large presence in Navalcarnero, Colmenar Viejo, Humanes, Velilla de San Antonio and Pinto.

Which Lot has Culmia been awarded and where is it?

We were awarded Lot 3 of Plan Vive I.
This Lot is made up of 12 plots and 1,763 homes, with land in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Tres Cantos, Alcorcón, Alcalá de Henares and Getafe.
Also, we have been awarded a single lot from Plan Vive II with a total of 1,137 homes located in Boadilla del Monte, Pinto and Colmenar Viejo.

How does Culmia participate in Plan Vive?

We are participating in collaboration with Avintia and Sogeviso. The Avintia Group will be responsible for the construction of the homes with ÁVIT-A, its integral industrialised construction system. While Sogeviso will be in charge of the subsequent management of the finished housing stock through SOGEVISO.COM and

One of the main benefits of the project has to do with the industrialised construction model developed by Avintia, which will enable delivery times to be reduced by up to 30%.
