Our strategic plan is based on four main business areas: build-to-sell (BTS) housing, build-to-rent (BTR) housing, affordable housing, and land management in the most significant urban developments nationwide.
Since our beginnings in 2013, we have delivered over 7,400 homes in more than 115 developments. Currently, we manage a portfolio of 15,500 homes. Of these, 8,450 are under development across 110 projects, including 40 developments under construction comprising 3,800 homes, and another 50 developments with 2,700 homes currently in commercialization. The portfolio also includes a land bank in strategic locations, capable of delivering 6,800 homes through a total of 135 developments.
In the build-to-rent segment, we are developing over 750 homes. In affordable housing, we highlight the award of lot 3 in phase one of the Plan VIVE by the Community of Madrid, consisting of 1,763 homes currently being delivered, as well as the only lot in phase two of Plan VIVE, comprising 1,137 homes. Additionally, we manage two lots from the Affordable Rental Plan of the Madrid City Council, consisting of 871 homes. Recently, we were awarded two lots of the affordable housing plan by the Generalitat Valenciana, totaling 221 homes, and 402 affordable homes in Esplugues de Llobregat. This amounts to over 4,000 affordable homes nationwide.
