Our strategic plan has four major business axes: buying and selling housing (BTS), rental housing (BTR), affordable housing and land management in the most relevant urban developments in the national territory.
Since 2013 we have delivered more than 7,400 homes in more than 115 developments. Currently, we have a portfolio of 15,500 homes. 8,450 are in the development phase in a total of 110 developments, of which 40 are under construction and amount to 3,800 homes, and another 50 developments, totaling 2,700 homes, are on the market. The portfolio includes a land bank located in strategic sectors that totals 6,800 homes and which it hopes to develop in a total of 135 developments.
In the build to rent segment, we are developing around 750 homes. And in affordable housing, the award of lot 3 of the first phase of the VIVE Plan of the Community of Madrid stands out, composed of 12 developments and 1,763 homes that are in the marketing phase; the only lot of the second phase of the VIVE Plan, made up of 1,137 homes in 3 municipalities; and two lots from the Affordable Rental Plan of the Madrid City Council consisting of 871 homes in 7 developments.
