20 April 2022 – Culmia, one of Spain's leading property developers, becomes the first to participate in Casa Decor, the interior design, design, trends and lifestyle platform that every year chooses a unique building in Madrid to present its exhibition to the public for 6 weeks.
Culmia has developed this initiative with the help of the interior design studio VG Living, headed by Virginia Gasch. From this alliance, "Vitamin Home" was born, a project in which two current trends of interior design are reflected in one apartment: the identification of the home as a space of happiness and the appropriate rationalisation of space. Always hand in hand with the best materials and trends in decoration.
"Vitamin Home" has been designed as a dreamlike place, one that invites you to be happy. A space that provides balance and helps its inhabitants to disconnect the heat of the home. A philosophy of housing that is present in the purpose of Culmia with which it seeks to accompany customers on the journey in search of their ideal home.
In the words of Cristina Ontoso, Sales and Marketing Director of Culmia "it is a challenge to be the first developer to be present at Casa Decor, the largest showcase of trends and interior design, in line with our goal of carrying out innovative actions always on the side of design and the latest trends".
And she adds, "coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the exhibition, with "Vitamin Home" we set out to create a concept that, although elevated since it transports you to a dream world in which you can shower in a waterfall surrounded by palm trees, reflects our vocation to make homes that focus on the people who inhabit them, always aiming to ensure their well-being and happiness."
Culmia's mission to create happy homes carries over to the properties they build through sustainability and innovation, in line with the company's values.
In the words of Ontoso "Culmia homes have a carefully conceived interior design where light plays an important role, since we understand that a home filled with light helps the well-being of the family, as well as having high-quality insulation that provides silence and thermal comfort, in addition to significant savings in energy costs and consumption. All this designed to make our customers feel good at home."
In addition, Culmia homes also have the latest developments in terms of automations that contribute to enhance indoor environmental quality.
Casa Decor houses in its exhibition 57 spaces and receives some 40,000 visits during the 6 weeks it is open to the public.
